Returns
We want you to be very happy with your purchase, and we will do our best to provide you with excellent customer service! However, due to the nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns. If you have questions, please contact us before placing your order. We would be glad to answer any questions you have about our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge our return policy.  Only clothing items are available for Returns or Exchanges.

Clothing Items
You can return unworn clothing for store credit within 14 days of delivery.  You are responsible for return shipping.  We can exchange clothing items for a different size or color if available at no charge.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sharon@justloveleigh.com within 7 days of delivery.
